By accessing or using the ServiceNow Platform Security API audit service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ServiceNow Platform Security provides automated API security scanning and auditing for ServiceNow instances. Our Service analyzes API configurations, access controls, and security policies to identify potential vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Authorized Use

You represent and warrant that you have proper authorization to scan any ServiceNow instance you submit to our Service. You may only scan instances that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Free tier usage is subject to the limitations described on our pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, scanning algorithms, and content, is owned by ServiceNow Platform Security and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and scan results. We do not claim any rights over your ServiceNow instance data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all security vulnerabilities. In no event shall ServiceNow Platform Security be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
